Indian spiced grilled shrimp! sooo SIMPLE and delish!!

This is Sooo easy to make and really tasty! Fire up your grill and give these a try ! :)  I have never really used tumeric as the star in a dish but I'm glad I gave these a try! If you don't have tumeric you need to get it to make these or they will just taste like plain grilled shrimp- nothing special... Hope you like them as much as I do! :)


1 lb. raw and deveined shrimp
1-2 teasp. Tumeric
1/4 teasp. salt (kosher)
2 Tables. cilantro
2 teasp. minced garlic (jar or fresh)

Heat grill to medium. Thread shrimp on metal or wooden skewers and grill for around 2-3 minutes per side or until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Don't overcook!! They will taste like you're eating an eraser! :)

  1. DUH!!! just read this again and realized I didn't say how to make them. Just mix all ingredients together and toss shrimp in the mix and then follow my other directions. sorry! :)
